Zhengzhou Kaiyang was established in 1993，and has become a hi-tech enterprise which majoring in research and development of SiC series material. Kaiyang has cooperated with many famous research institutes such as Luoyang Refractories Institute, WISCO Research Institute and Shanghai Institute of Ceramics for a long time, and the quality of products have been recognized by domestic and overseas customers.
Kaiyang owns a product research and development team and get technical support from more than 20 senior engineers. Among advanced equipment including 6 sets high temperature shuttle kilns, 10 different types press machines of 3000 tons, 1000tons, and 500 tons respectively, along with ramming machines and more than 20 advanced granulation, powder, sand mixing equipment.
Kaiyang takes high grade SiC raw material with 98% content, and add a special addictive which effectively guarantee the purity of raw material. And mainly produce silicon carbide saggers, plate, bricks and silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide materials, which is widely used in the industries of electric procelain, DRI(Direct Reducing Iron), ore processing, metallurgy, electric power and so on. The products are widely exported to Germany, the United States, Zambia, Japan, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Spain, Australia, Iran, the Middle East and other countries and regions.
